Job summary

Vedant Fashions Limited seeks a senior retail leader to own and drive sales and operations across Andhra Pradesh, centred in Vijayawada. You will manage franchise partners, onboard new locations, monitor performance and implement improvement plans to hit area targets.

Responsibilities include leveraging market intelligence, analyzing MIS to identify opportunities, leading field teams, ensuring brand standards and executing visits across stores to sustain customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10–12 years in retail sales, area management or franchise development with demonstrable experience in Andhra Pradesh market.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territories.

• Manage end-to-end sales and operations for the Andhra Pradesh base location (Vijayawada) and achieve area sales targets.

Job description

• Territory Ownership: Manage end-to-end sales and operations for entire Andhra Pradesh base location being – Vijayawada ; ensure achievement of area sales targets and KPIs.
• Franchise Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing franchisees; monitor franchise performance and implement improvement plans.
• New Partner Onboarding: Scout and evaluate potential locations; lead franchisee selection, onboarding, and handover to operations.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain deep understanding of local market dynamics, competitor activity, pricing and customer behavior to inform strategy.
• Retail Analytics and MIS: Analyze sales reports, dashboards and MIS to identify gaps and opportunities; translate insights into actionable plans.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, coach and develop field and store teams; conduct performance reviews and drive productivity improvements.
• Compliance and Controls: Ensure adherence to brand standards, operational processes and audit requirements.
• Travel and Field Execution: Conduct frequent store and partner visits to ensure execution, merchandising standards and customer experience.
