Job summary

Tumbledry Solutions in Goa, India seeks a dynamic professional to manage channel partners and drive sales initiatives. You will coordinate with partners to implement SOPs, training, and promotions across stores to boost customer acquisition and retention.

The role focuses on training, executing sales strategies with partners, and developing new revenue streams through corporate tie-ups and store-based offers, enhancing overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a set of Channel Partners.
• Ensure SOP adherence by all assigned Partners for customer acquisition, retention and store operations.
• Train to improve staff productivity and quality.
• Execute various sales strategies & programs with Channel Partners to achieve sales targets.
• Execute sales promotion activities to acquire new customers—BTL elements, promotional campaigns, mall activation events; manage on-ground fleet of promoters in the assigned territory.
• Forge corporate tie-ups to generate new revenue streams.
• Identify new ways of customer acquisition at stores and roll out new offers.
