Job summary

Sri Aurobindo Society is seeking a Territory Sales Executive for FOCO to manage channel partners and drive sales within the assigned territory in Mumbai. The role focuses on implementing sales strategies, training staff, and promoting promotions to acquire and retain customers.

The incumbent will coordinate with partners to ensure SOPs are followed, develop new revenue streams through corporate tie-ups, and explore in-store customer acquisition possibilities with targeted offers.

Responsibilities

• Managing a set of channel partners to drive sales.
• Ensure SOP adherence by all assigned partners for customer acquisition, retention and store operations.
• Training to improve staff productivity and quality.
• Execute various sales strategies & programs with channel partners to achieve sales targets.
• Execute sales promotion activities to acquire new customers, such as BTL elements, promotional campaigns, mall activation events.
• Manage on-ground fleet of promoters in the assigned territory.
• Corporate tie-ups to generate new revenue streams.
• Identify new ways of customer acquisition at stores and roll out new offers.
