Job summary

Legrand in Gujarat, India is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across assigned channels and markets.

You will lead distributor and retailer networks, conduct product trainings, monitor stock and collections, and report on forecasts. This role requires travel within the territory to expand coverage and increase market share while coordinating with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Customer Service.

• Graduation is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop ADS/distributors, retailers and other channel partners.
• Expand numeric distribution by appointing new distributors/retailers and developing uncovered markets.
• Drive market coverage and ensure regular visits to key counters.
• Develop business through retailer, electrician and channel activities.
• Monitor distributor stock, billing, secondary sales, collections and outstanding.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes and market trends.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports, territory plans and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service and Product teams.
• Ensure DMS/CRM compliance and timely reporting.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to drive business and market development
