Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a field sales professional to manage a network of dealerships and drive sales performance across rural markets in Telangana.

You will coordinate dealer teams, monitor volumes, market share, deliveries and service parts, and implement incentive schemes with the channel team. The role requires 1–5 years of relevant sales experience, BE/BTech or Diploma in Engineering, and exposure to farm equipment markets.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant sales experience in the sector.
• Exposure to rural markets and farm equipment is preferred.
• Educational qualifications include BE/BTech or Diploma in Engineering in engineering/automotive fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage a network of dealerships and dealer teams to achieve business targets.
• Drive inquiry generation and manage CDMS leads.
• Develop new dealerships with the Channel team and ensure viable distribution coverage.
• Implement dealer incentive schemes and field promotions.
• Coordinate with financial institutions for retail financing and monitor dealer health.

Job description

Manage a set of dealerships and dealer team to achieve the business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, spares part sales etc.Inquiry generation and management (CDMS.New dealership development along with Channel team.Ensuring viable distribution network by appointing dealers, sub-dealers for appropriate market coverage.Implementation of specific incentive schemes for dealers.Participate in development and/or execution of field activities.Ensure availability of trained manpower in adequate quantity at dealerships, developing them for pre-sales and sales processes, new product features / modifications.Executing company strategy at dealership along with local level sales promotion campaigns, product launches etc.Scrutinize the Financial Health of dealer.Liaison with financial institutions / banks for exploring new avenues for retail financing of product.Track the competitor activities, capture feedback on performance of competitor (and our) products
