Job summary

Wockhardt in Kannur, Kerala invites a field sales executive to drive prescription generation through doctor meetings, implement promotional activities, and ensure timely product availability through retail order booking.

You will strengthen professional relationships with customers, monitor competitor activity, and relay market insights to the regional manager to help shape sales strategies, while working to achieve quarterly targets and contribute to overall brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by generating prescriptions through meetings with doctors.
• Implement the marketing strategy and conduct assigned promotional brand activities.
• Maintain retail order booking thus ensuring timeliness of supply and product availability.
• Develop and strengthen professional relationship with customers.
• Follow reaction and competitor trends and transfer crucial market information to RM.
• Process Champion knowing the why and how of sales processes.
