Job summary

KARCHER is seeking a Territory Manager in Kerala with a BSc in Hospitality/Facility Management to drive sales and manage key accounts in the region. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding business with existing accounts, and delivering targeted sales initiatives based on insights and market intelligence.

You will demonstrate products, close orders timely, and maintain strong customer relationships while achieving monthly targets with independence and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales growth within the assigned segment by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing accounts.
• Grow sales revenue and strengthen customer relationships across the territory through account management.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies based on customer insights, market intelligence, and competition.
• Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities and address issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to support the sales process.
• Ensure timely order closure and collection of payments in line with company policies and credit terms.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets with a proactive, disciplined, and results-oriented approach.
