Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into customers.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize revenue growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and business proposals.
Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

Plan and execute sales visits across the assigned territory.
Ensure effective coverage of key markets and customer segments.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Territory Management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
