Job summary

Dr Reddys Laboratories is looking for a Territory Manager (TM) to drive sales for the Pediatric/CP/GP segment. The successful candidate will manage the territory independently, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieve set sales targets.

Applicants should possess a B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm degree and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same HQ area. Strong communication and proven sales capabilities are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same HQ (Guntur/ Tanjore/ Anantapur).
Experience in the Pediatric/CP/GP segment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow the assigned territory independently.
Drive prescription generation in the Pediatric/CP/GP segment.
Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Execute brand strategies and promotional activities.
Provide regular market feedback and reports.
