Job summary

Abbott in India is seeking a field-sales professional to achieve territory targets in West Bengal, with remote work allowed in the TAMLUK area. You will report field activities and strive to increase prescriptions while expanding market share through relationship building with doctors, chemists, and stockists.

The role requires BSc/B.Pharm, 2+ years' experience (freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are welcome), and fluency in English and local languages.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field sales experience; fresher with strong communication/analytical skills will be considered.
• Candidates from therapy areas in pharma, preferably from MNC or top Indian companies, have an advantage.
• Fluent and confident in communication.

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division

Core Job Responsibilities

• Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
• Promote the Division's products as per strategy
• Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
• Facilitating Strategy building
• A good Brand Ambassador

Minimum Education

BSc/B. Pharma.
