Job summary

Ethics Innovations in Patna is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee Franchise Operations across Patna and Ranchi. The role focuses on onboarding new franchise outlets and driving revenue through proactive handholding and store visits.

You will lead field activities at the retail chemist level, engage with prospective clients, resolve conflicts, and ensure month-on-month onboarding and revenue targets are met. Prior TBM experience in pharma preferred.

Qualifications

• Existing TBM from Pharma/OTC background.
• Knowledge about retail chemist market of the state.
• Clarity in thoughts & actions.
• Should be capable to lead by examples.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 6- 7 years experience.
• Knowledge about retail chemist market of the state.
• Experience in Generic Pharma market will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Should be a good negotiator.
• Clarity in thoughts & actions.
• Should be capable to lead by examples.
