Job summary

Ethics Innovations in Lucknow is seeking an ABM/Franchise Operations lead to manage franchise onboarding, drive revenue, and handhold outlets from the Lucknow HQ.

The role involves field work at retail chemist level, personal client interactions, regular store visits to ensure smooth operations, resolve conflicts, and meet month-to-month onboarding and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Existing ABM from Pharma/OTC background.
• Minimum of 8-10 years experience
• Knowledge about retail chemist market of the state.
• Experience in Generic Pharma market will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Should be a good negotiator.
• Clarity in thoughts & actions.
• Should be capable to lead by examples.
