Responsabilidades

• Doctor visits: Conduct regular visits to doctors to promote products and answer queries.
• Chemist engagement: Build and maintain relationships with chemists to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Retail chemist prescription audit (RCPA): Conduct RCPA to gather market intelligence and understand prescription patterns.
• Distributor management: Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely product delivery and manage inventory levels.
• Sales targets: Achieve sales targets by promoting products and driving prescription generation.
• Product promotion: Implement promotional strategies to increase product awareness and market share.
• Competition analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and doctor visits and other relevant information.

Primary Job Function

• Achieving assigned territory/ geography wise sales target.
• Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision.
• Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system.
• Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division.
