The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience, qualifies as a graduate, and is proficient in MS Office and Excel, with ability to handle payment collection related to tenders. Location: Khar Road, Mumbai; Mon–Fri 9:30–6:00, Sat 9:30–2:00; 5.5 days work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and MS Word for documentation and MIS.
• Experience with government tenders and e-procurement portals.
• Experience in payment collection related to tenders in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Search online tenders relevant to the business and upload tenders with required paperwork.
• Keep track of tender status, EMDs, BGs, and related compliance.
• Handle all tender-related work in coordination with the sales team and All India branches.
• Assist the Sales Person with government institute paperwork.
• Liaise, communicate and meet with customers for tenders.
• Support Sales Admin and MIS activities; travel as needed for tenders.
• Payment collection and follow-up for tenders.

Position - Tender Executive

Responsibilities and Duties

• Searching online tenders related to our business and uploading the said tenders on sites and all relevant paperwork
• Knowledge of GEM Portal / All State Portals / e-procurement etc
• Keep track on tender status / EMDs / BGs etc...
• All work related to the Medical tender
• Assisting the Sales Person with paper work required to do with Govt. Institute.
• Liasioning and Communicating and meeting with the customers for tender
• Good knowledge of Excel / Work / writing emails / govt tenders
• Handling all tenders related work in coordination with sales team & All India branches
• Sales Administration & MIS
• Payment collection & follow up for tenders
• Job may involve travel at some times as per tender requirement

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Keywords:

1. 1) Computer literacy with respect to all MS Office Applications and Excel
2. 2) Experience in dealing with payment collection in healthcare industry

Location: Khar rd, Mumbai
