Job summary

Mantras2Success in India is seeking a proactive Pre-Sales Coordinator to manage tender documentation, bid uploads, and portal activities. You will research tenders, coordinate with the Sales Team, handle GeM procurement, and interact with customers and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage tender documentation and bid uploading with the Sales Team.
• Research tenders based on market trends and provide inputs.
• Assist in preparation/review of tender documents.
• Handle tender portals (private and government) and communicate with authorities.
• Coordinate with Sales Team: schedules, filing, and information sharing.
• Support responses to customer queries and complaints.
• Gather bid/tender intelligence from various portals.
• Support data management and marketing activities, including demos.
• Interact with potential and existing customers.
• GeM procurement experience is required.
• Pre-Sales Coordinator experience is a plus.
• Industry experience is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage timely and comprehensive tender documentation and bid uploading in coordination with the Sales Team.
• Research and analyze the latest tenders based on market trends and provide valuable inputs.
• Assist in the preparation and/or review of tender documentation.
• Handle all tender portals, including private and government online/offline portals, and communicate with government authorities.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Provide support in responding to customer queries and complaints.
• Gather intelligence for bids and tenders from various tender portals.
• Manage data and support marketing activities, including product demonstrations (demos).
• Interact with potential and existing customers.
• Experience as a Pre-Sales Coordinator will be considered an added advantage.
• Experience with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) procurement is required.
• Be well-organized and responsible, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
• Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage.
