Job Title: Tender Executive (GEM Portal)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage tendering activities through the Gem Portal and other e-procurement platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalogue management, matching technical specifications, preparing quotations, and participating in Reverse Auctions (RA).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end tender management through the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal.
• Upload products and maintain accurate product listings on the GeM Portal.
• Prepare, pair, and manage product catalogues as per GeM requirements.
• Match product specifications with Golden Parameters and tender requirements.
• Monitor tender opportunities and evaluate eligibility criteria.
• Prepare and submit quotations within stipulated timelines.
• Participate in Reverse Auctions (RA) and manage bidding strategies effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product specifications, pricing, and documentation.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, and auction results.
• Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, and government procurement guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
