Jobitus in India is seeking a capable Pre-Sales Coordinator to manage tender processes and coordinate with sales teams. You will handle tender portals, gather market insights, and assist in documentation and responses to inquiries.

The role emphasizes organization, confidentiality, and knowledge of government and non-government portals, including GeM, to support bids and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely and comprehensive tender documentation and bid uploading in coordination with the Sales Team.
• Research and analyze the latest tenders based on market trends and provide inputs.
• Assist in the preparation and/or review of tender documentation.
• Handle all tender portals, including private and government portals, and communicate with government authorities.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team by managing schedules, filing documents, and communicating information.
• Provide support in responding to customer queries and complaints.
• Gather intelligence for bids and tenders from tender portals.
• Manage data and support marketing activities, including product demos.
• Interact with potential and existing customers.
• Experience as a Pre-Sales Coordinator will be considered an added advantage.
• Experience with GeM procurement is required.
• Be well-organized and responsible with problem-solving aptitude.
• Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage.

• Manage data and support marketing activities, including product demonstrations (demos).
• Interact with potential and existing customers.
• Experience as a Pre-Sales Coordinator will be considered an added advantage.
• Experience with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) procurement is required.
• Be well-organized and responsible, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
• Experience in the same industry will be an added advantage.
