Job summary

Silicon IT Hub is seeking a Tender Executive to manage the tendering process, especially for Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. You will coordinate with the Sales Team on documentation, analyze tenders, and engage with government portals and customers.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and a proactive approach to gather bid intelligence and ensure timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience with tender processes and portal submissions.
• Knowledge of Government and e-marketplace tendering requirements.
• Ability to maintain confidential client records.

Responsibilities

• Managing timely and comprehensive Tender documentation and bid uploading in coordination with the Sales Team.
• Researching and analyzing latest Tenders based on marketing trends and providing inputs.
• Assists in preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation.
• Handle all tender portals sites, Govt. Online/Offline portals and communicate with authorities.
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and filing important documents.
• Support responses to customer queries and complaints.

A fast growing company is looking for Tender Executive, Your role will involve managing the tendering process specially for Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. Below are the job responsibilities for the job roles:-

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Managing timely and comprehensive Tender documentation and bid uploading in coordination with the Sales Team.

Day to day researching and analyzing latest Tenders based on marketing trends and providing valuable inputs.

Assists in preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation.

Handle all tender portals sites, Pvt. Govt. Online Offline and communicate with Government authority.

Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

Supportive for responding to customer queries complaints.

Gathering intelligence for bids tender from tender portals.

Data management and marketing activity like Demo etc.

Interact with potential existing customers.

Experience as a Pre- sales coordinator will be considered a plus.

Experience with GeM Procurement.

Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

Experience from the same Industry will be an added advantage.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Tendering, Tender Documentation, Govt. and Non. Govt. Portals.

Update client records.
