Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in tender searching, tender study, bid preparation, documentation, and online tender submission for civil engineering, infrastructure, and consultancy services projects.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with government e-procurement portals and GeM (Government e-Marketplace), along with knowledge of tender eligibility requirements, technical bid preparation, EMD coordination, and tender submission procedures. Basic knowledge of AI tools for tender research, document preparation, and improving work efficiency will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Tender Searching: Identify and track relevant tender opportunities across government departments, municipal corporations, infrastructure organizations, and consultancy projects across Pan India.
• Tender Study and Analysis: Review tender notices, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, eligibility criteria, scope of work, submission requirements, and deadlines.
• Tender Document Preparation: Prepare and compile technical bid documents, company credentials, project experience statements, staff CVs, declarations, affidavits, and other supporting documents.
• E-Procurement / GeM Submission: Handle online tender registration, document uploading, bid submission, and related activities on government e-procurement portals and the GeM portal.
• EMD Follow-up: Coordinate for Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), tender fees, exemptions, refunds, and related documentation, wherever applicable.
• Technical Bid Preparation: Ensure compliance with tender conditions, qualification criteria, technical requirements, and prescribed formats.
• AI Tools: Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other relevant productivity tools for tender research, document drafting, summarization, compliance checklists, and improving documentation efficiency, with appropriate verification of all outputs.
• Deadline Management: Monitor tender timelines and ensure accurate and timely submission of all required documents.

• Document Management: Maintain an organized database of tender documents, submitted bids, credentials, EMD status, results, and upcoming opportunities.
