Job summary

Surveyaan is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering, including GeM portal operations, bid preparation, and MAF documentation. You will coordinate with government departments and manufacturers, ensuring timely submissions and compliant documentation.

The role requires 2-3 years of tender management experience, strong coordination and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel/Word. Location is Bengaluru with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and track tenders on GeM and other e-procurement portals.
• Review tender documents, eligibility, technical specs, and terms.
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines.
• Prepare MAFs and obtain required authorizations from manufacturers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers for quotations and docs.
• Manage EMD, bid fees, corrigenda, and other tender requirements.
• Track tender status, results, and post-award documentation.
• Maintain records of submissions, deadlines, and outcomes.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process, including GeM portal operations, bid preparation, submission, Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) documentation, and coordination with government departments and other organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track relevant tenders on the GeM portal and other e-procurement portals.


• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.


• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within stipulated deadlines.


• Prepare and coordinate Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAFs) and obtain necessary authorizations from manufacturers.


• Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers to collect quotations, certificates, declarations, and compliance documents.


• Manage EMD, bid fees, corrigenda, reverse auctions, and other tender‑related requirements.


• Track tender status, results, purchase orders, and post‑award documentation.


• Maintain records of tender submissions, deadlines, and outcomes.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of experience in tender management, with hands‑on experience operating the GeM portal.


• Good understanding of government procurement procedures and tender documentation.


• Experience in preparing MAFs, technical compliance sheets, and supporting bid documents.


• Ability to independently manage tender preparation and submission.


• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation management.


• Strong coordination and communication skills.


• Experience with electronics, IT hardware, surveying equipment, or government/PSU tenders will be an advantage.
