Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage government and institutional tender activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GeM Portal, State Government Tender Portals, and strong connections with marketplace distributors. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid submissions, ensuring compliance, and driving institutional business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify tender opportunities through GeM Portal, State Government e-Tender Portals, and other procurement platforms.
• Manage end-to-end tender processes including registration, documentation, bid preparation, submission, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and submit technical, commercial, and financial bids within specified timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required documents and compliance-related information.
• Ensure timely renewal and updation of registrations, certifications, licenses, and statutory documents.
• Track tender status, award notifications, purchase orders, and contract execution.
• Liaise with government departments, hospitals, institutions, procurement authorities, and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace distributors and institutional buyers.
• Maintain tender records, MIS reports, bid databases, and management reports.
• Stay updated on government procurement policies, tender regulations, and market trends.

Required Skills

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal.
• Experience working on State Government Tender Portals.
• Strong understanding of government procurement and e-tendering processes.
• Experience in tender documentation, bid preparation, and submission.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation management.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Existing network and relationships with marketplace distributors.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Devices, or related industries.
• Knowledge of institutional sales and government procurement procedures.
• Understanding of contract management and order execution processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Tender Management.
• Strong understanding of GeM and Government Procurement Systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach.

Educational Qualification

Any Graduate (Commerce, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or relevant field preferred).

Location: Chembur East, Mumbai

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Days

• Monday to Saturday
• 2nd & 3rd Saturday Off
