Job summary

Badrivas Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender Executive with hands-on experience in handling government and institutional pharmaceutical tenders.

The candidate should be well-versed in the complete tendering process, from identifying opportunities and preparing documentation to submission, follow-ups, order coordination, and payment tracking. The ideal candidate will coordinate internally for product specifications, quotations, pricing, certificates, and regulatory documents,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of tender experience in a pharmaceutical company.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and tender documentation.
• Experience in handling government tenders from application to payment follow-up.
• Familiarity with GeM, CPPP/eProcurement and other government tender portals.

Responsibilities

• Search, identify, and evaluate relevant government pharmaceutical tenders.
• Handle tenders related to tablets, capsules, syrups/oral liquids, ointments, and other formulations.
• Prepare, compile, verify, and submit all documents for tender participation.
• Coordinate online and offline tender submissions within deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain technical bids, financial bids, certificates, affidavits, and other tender documents.
• Coordinate for product specifications, quotations, pricing, certificates, and regulatory documents.
• Track tender status, clarifications, corrigenda, bid results, and supply requirements.
• Follow up on EMD, security deposits, performance guarantees, and tender requirements.
• Manage post-tender activities including PO follow-up, supply coordination, and payment follow-up.
• Maintain records and MIS of tenders applied and awarded.

Job Description

Badrivas Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Tender Executive with hands-on experience in handling government and institutional pharmaceutical tenders. The candidate should be well-versed in the complete tendering process, from identifying relevant opportunities and preparing documentation to submission, follow-ups, order coordination, and payment tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Search, identify, and evaluate relevant government pharmaceutical tenders.
• Handle tenders related to Tablets, Capsules, Syrups/Oral Liquids, Ointments and other pharmaceutical formulations.
• Prepare, compile, verify, and submit all documents required for tender participation.
• Handle online and offline tender submissions within stipulated deadlines.
• Experience in working with government tender portals, including GeM and CPPP/eProcurement, will be preferred.
• Prepare and maintain technical bids, financial bids, product details, certificates, declarations, affidavits, authorization documents, and other tender-related documentation.
• Coordinate internally for product specifications, quotations, pricing, samples, certificates, and regulatory documents.
• Track tender status, clarifications, corrigenda, bid results, purchase orders, and supply requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up regarding EMD, security deposits, performance guarantees, and other tender requirements, wherever applicable.
• Manage post-tender activities, including purchase order follow-up, supply coordination, invoice/document submission, and payment follow-up.
• Regularly follow up with concerned government departments/institutions for outstanding and pending payments.
• Maintain proper records and MIS of tenders applied, tenders awarded, orders received, supplies, payments, and pending matters.
• Ensure complete compliance with tender terms, documentation requirements, and submission deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant tender experience in a pharmaceutical company is mandatory.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and tender documentation.
• Practical experience in handling government pharmaceutical tenders from application to payment follow-up.
• Familiarity with GeM, CPPP/eProcurement and other government tender portals.
• Strong documentation, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email correspondence, and online tender portals.
