Job summary

Nureca is seeking a skilled Tendering Specialist to drive end-to-end tender processes, from opportunity identification to order execution. You will manage GeM portal activities and engage with government/PSU/e-tendering channels, reviewing technical and commercial terms to ensure compliant bids.

The role requires hands-on GeM experience, strong Excel capabilities, and ability to coordinate across Sales, Finance, QA/Regulatory and other teams to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate with substantial tendering/bid management experience.
• Hands-on experience operating the GeM portal.
• Experience in government/PSU/e-tendering, preferably in medical devices/healthcare.
• Strong MS Excel skills and bid-compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete tendering process from identification to submission and order execution.

• Identify relevant tenders and review eligibility, technical specs, BOQ and commercial terms.
• Prepare and submit technical & commercial bids with required documents, EMD, certificates, undertakings, etc.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, QA/Regulatory and other teams for tender requirements.
• Track tender status, corrigendums, clarifications, results and post-award requirements.
• Maintain tender MIS, submission records and timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate with 25 years of relevant tendering experience.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in operating the GeM portal.
• Experience in government/PSU/e-tendering, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, pharma or institutional sales.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, tender documentation and bid compliance.
• Strong coordination, communication and deadline-management skills.
