Job summary

Diacare in Delhi is seeking an experienced Tender Executive/Manager with hands-on expertise in GeM, CPPP and other government e-procurement portals. The role involves independent management of product listing, tender identification, bid preparation, submission, reverse auction and post-bid activities, ensuring compliance with government procurement rules.

You will coordinate with Sales, Finance and Technical teams for pricing, certificates and tender documents, maintain records of GST, PAN,

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant tender/e-procurement experience.
• Strong practical experience in GeM Seller Portal and product listing.
• Hands-on experience with CPPP/e-Procurement portals.
• Working knowledge of GFR 2017 and procurement compliance.
• Strong understanding of technical & financial bids, EMD, PBG and documentation.
• Excellent MS Excel, documentation, coordination and deadline-management skills.
• Experience in healthcare/medical equipment or consumables is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage GeM product/catalogue listing, including specifications, pricing, images, HSN, certifications and catalogue updates.
• Identify and evaluate relevant GeM Bids, CPPP and other government tenders.
• Analyse tender eligibility, technical specifications, EMD, tender fee, PBG, turnover and other conditions.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids, compliance sheets and supporting documents within deadlines.
• Handle GeM Bid Participation and Reverse Auction, including bid tracking and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Technical and Management teams for pricing, approvals and tender documentation.
• Maintain updated records of GST, PAN, MSME/Udyam, ISO/certifications and other statutory documents.
• Track successful tenders through LOA/PO, PBG, agreements and post-award requirements.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive\Manager with strong hands on expertise in GeM, CPPP and other government e-procurement portals, private e-procurement portals and other procurement portals.. The candidate will independently manage product listing, tender identification, bid preparation, submission, Reverse Auction and post bid activities, while ensuring compliance with applicable government procurement rules.

Key Responsibilities

• - Manage GeM product/catalogue listing, including specifications, pricing, images, HSN, certifications, warranty and catalogue updates.
• - Identify and evaluate relevant GeM Bids, CPPP and other Central/State Government, PSU and institutional tenders.
• - Analyse tender eligibility, technical specifications, EMD, tender fee, PBG, turnover, experience, OEM authorization, delivery, payment and other conditions and conduct Go/No Go assessment.
• - Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids, compliance sheets, declarations, undertakings and supporting documents within deadlines.
• - Handle GeM Bid Participation and Reverse Auction (RA), including bid tracking, L1 position and outcome.
• - Ensure compliance with GFR 2017, GeM guidelines and applicable Government Procurement/Department of Expenditure provisions, including MSE/Startup, Make in India and bidder eligibility requirements.
• - Monitor corrigenda, amendments, technical clarifications, bid openings and tender results.
• - Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Technical and Management teams for pricing, approvals, certificates, authorizations and tender documentation.
• - Maintain updated records of GST, PAN, MSME/Udyam, ISO/certifications, CA certificates, work orders, performance certificates, non-blacklisting declarations and other statutory documents.
• - Manage DSC, portal credentials and online submissions and ensure zero/minimal disqualification due to documentation or compliance errors.
• - Track successful tenders through LOA/PO, PBG, agreement, order processing and other post-award requirements.
• - Maintain Tender MIS covering opportunities, bids submitted, tender value, status, L1/L2 position, wins/losses and order value.
• - Analyse previous tender/L1 data and competitor information to support future bidding strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• - Graduate in any discipline with 3-6 years of relevant tender/e-procurement experience.
• - Strong practical experience in GeM Seller Portal, Product Listing, Bid Participation and Reverse Auction.
• - Hands-on experience with CPPP/e-Procurement and other government/PSU tender portals and private procurement portals.
• - Working knowledge of GFR 2017, government tendering procedures and procurement compliance.
• - Strong understanding of Technical & Financial Bids, EMD, PBG, compliance documentation and tender evaluation.
• - Excellent MS Excel, documentation, coordination and deadline-management skills.
• - Experience in healthcare/medical equipment/consumables or similar products will be an added advantage.
