Job summary

Applied Techno Products Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking a Tender Engineer with experience in handling technical and commercial bids for electrical, testing, utility or industrial products.

The role involves identifying tender opportunities, studying specifications and coordinating inputs to prepare complete bid documents. You will ensure timely and compliant submission, review terms such as EMD, PBG, payment terms and warranty, and maintain Tender MIS.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of tendering/bidding experience, preferably in electrical or power-sector products.
• Experience with Government/PSU/Power Utility/EPC tenders.
• Proficiency in GeM and other e-tendering portals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate tenders on GeM, CPPP, PSU and other e-tendering portals.
• Review BOQs, technical specifications, eligibility criteria and commercial terms.
• Select suitable makes/models against tender specifications in coordination with technical teams and OEMs.
• Prepare technical compliance sheets, deviation statements and complete bid documentation.
• Coordinate pricing, delivery and technical inputs with Sales, Procurement and OEMs.
• Handle online tender submission and ensure timely, error-free documentation.
• Review key terms including EMD, PBG, payment terms, LD, warranty, inspection and delivery.
• Handle pre-bid queries, post-bid clarifications and tender follow-ups.
• Maintain Tender MIS covering submitted, pending, won and lost bids.
