Job summary

MR Square Infra Projects in Mumbai is seeking a Tender Executive to manage tender identification, documentation, coordination, costing support and bid submissions for electrical and infrastructure projects.

The candidate should be a graduate with 1 to 4 years of tendering or EPC experience and familiar with e-tendering portals, MS Excel and MS Word. Knowledge of electrical EPC tenders and government portals is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Commerce, Management or related field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in tendering, estimation, procurement or EPC preferred.
• Experience in electrical EPC, substations, underground cables, MSETCL/utility or government tenders will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, BOQs and e-tendering portals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track tenders, RFPs and RFQs through government and utility portals.
• Study tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications and eligibility criteria.
• Prepare tender checklists, schedules, declarations, undertakings and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with technical, finance, procurement and project teams for bid requirements.
• Obtain quotations and technical documents from OEMs, vendors and subcontractors.
• Assist in BOQ costing, rate comparison and commercial bid preparation.
• Prepare pre-bid queries and track corrigenda and clarifications.
• Handle online tender submissions and ensure timely, compliant bid submission.
• Maintain tender MIS, submission records, bid results, EMD/BG tracking and vendor quotations.
• Follow up on tender evaluation, awards and post-tender requirements.
