Job summary

WTT INTERNATIONAL in Tiruppur, India seeks a Tender Specialist to manage government and EPC tenders in the water sector. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to prepare and submit bids on time, ensuring all criteria are met.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of e-procurement processes. Experience in water/wastewater or infrastructure is preferred, with excellent documentation and follow-up abilities.

Qualifications

• Identify and track Government/PSU tenders in Water & Wastewater Treatment, STP/ETP/CETP/WTP, ZLD and EPC sectors.
• Monitor e-Tender/Gov portals and maintain the tender pipeline.
• Coordinate end-to-end tender preparation and submission within timelines.
• Coordinate with Marketing/Sales and Proposal/Estimation teams for technical and commercial bids.
• Review tender documents, eligibility, BOQ, EMD/BG, technical specs and commercial requirements.
• Ensure complete and accurate tender documentation and compliance.
• Track tender status, technical evaluation, financial bid opening and order/award status.
• Support Marketing in tender follow-up and converting government tenders into orders.
• Maintain tender MIS, submission records and bid outcome analysis.

• Identify and track Government / PSU tenders related to Water & Wastewater Treatment, STP, ETP, CETP, WTP, ZLD and EPC projects.
• Monitor e-Tender / Government procurement portals and maintain the tender pipeline.
• Coordinate end-to-end tender preparation and submission within timelines.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing/Sales and Proposal/Estimation teams for technical & commercial bid preparation.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, EMD/BG, technical specifications and commercial requirements.
• Ensure complete and accurate tender documentation and compliance.
• Track tender status, technical evaluation, financial bid opening and order/award status.
• Support Marketing in tender follow-up and converting government tenders into orders.
• Maintain tender MIS, submission records and bid outcome analysis.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in Water/Wastewater Treatment, EPC or Infrastructure industry.
• Strong knowledge of Government Tendering / E-Procurement.
• Good coordination, follow-up, analytical and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel with good communication skills.
