Job summary

Shashi Dhawal Hydraulics is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Specialist to identify, prepare, and submit tenders across government, PSU, EPC, and large private sector opportunities in hydraulics and allied engineering. You will coordinate inputs from internal teams and ensure complete techno-commercial bids are submitted on time.

Responsibilities include analyzing tender documents, managing vendor registrations, and liaising with OEM partners for data and pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience with government/PSU tenders
• Ability to analyze technical specifications and commercial terms
• Experience in preparing and submitting techno-commercial bids
• Vendor registrations and pre-qualification submissions

• Handle vendor registrations and pre-qualification submissions

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, preparing, and submitting tenders across government, PSU, EPC, and large private sector opportunities in hydraulics and allied engineering domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify relevant tenders from portals such as GeM, e-procurement portals, PSU portals, and private EPC tenders
• Analyse tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial terms
• Coordinate with internal sales, technical, and procurement teams for inputs
• Prepare and submit complete techno-commercial bids within deadlines
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements including documentation, certifications, and formats
• Handle vendor registrations, pre-qualification submissions, and renewals
• Liaise with OEM partners/suppliers for technical data, pricing, and authorizations
• Track tender status, follow up for clarifications, and support post-bid discussions
• Maintain database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes
• Support negotiation and order finalization process
