Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify government and private tenders.
• Review tender documents, eligibility, BOQ, specs, terms.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender docs.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, tech, and management.
• Prepare quotations, EMD, tender fees, declarations.
• Submit online tenders through portals.
• Maintain records of tenders, deadlines, results.
• Track clarifications, corrigendums, negotiations, orders.
• Coordinate with clients/departments for queries.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of tender docs.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including tender identification, documentation, submission, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant government and private tenders.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, specifications, and commercial terms.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents within deadlines.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, technical, and management teams for tender requirements.
• Prepare quotations, EMD, tender fees, declarations, and supporting documents.
• Handle online tender submission through government and private e-tender portals.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, deadlines, results, and status.
• Track tender clarifications, corrigendums, negotiations, and work orders.
• Coordinate with clients/departments for tender-related queries and follow-ups.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tender documentation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Tendering, Bidding, Business Development, or a similar role.
• Experience with Government / Private / E-Tendering processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PDF documentation.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Good understanding of BOQ, quotations, EMD, technical and commercial submissions.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Candidates with HVAC, Engineering, Construction, Events, or Infrastructure industry experience will be preferred.
