Job summary

Ganpati Bharat is seeking an experienced Tender Executive to independently manage the complete tendering process—from identification and evaluation to documentation, submission, and post-submission coordination.

The role requires tracking tenders, reviewing documents for eligibility and technical compliance, and coordinating with Technical, Accounts, and Purchase teams to ensure timely, accurate submissions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in end-to-end tendering for construction/infrastructure.
• Proficient in e-tendering portals and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent MS Excel and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track relevant government and private tenders.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, EMD, and technical requirements.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents.
• Coordinate with Technical, Accounts, Purchase, and other departments.
• Prepare and submit online tenders within deadlines.
• Handle EMD, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees, and other tender requirements.
• Monitor corrigenda, amendments, and tender updates.
• Prepare pre-qualification and compliance documentation.
• Maintain tender trackers and records of submitted/awarded tenders.
• Coordinate with management for approvals, pricing, and final submission.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all tender-related activities.

• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines independently.
