Job summary

Mohan Mutha Exports is seeking a tendering and estimation professional to prepare and review technical and commercial tenders for water and wastewater treatment projects in India. You will handle end-to-end tendering activities, review documents, and coordinate with design, procurement, projects and vendors for inputs.

The role requires strong knowledge of water treatment processes, BOQ preparation, cost estimation and techno-commercial evaluation, with excellent coordination and communication

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil / Environmental Engineering or related discipline.
• 58 years of experience in tendering/estimation of water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong exposure to STP, ETP, WTP, CETP, ZLD, RO and industrial wastewater treatment projects.
• Good understanding of water treatment processes, equipment and project execution requirements.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, costing, rate analysis and techno-commercial evaluation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings and tender documents.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical and commercial tenders for water and wastewater projects.
• Handle tendering activities for STP, ETP, WTP, CETP, ZLD, RO and industrial wastewater treatment projects.
• Study tender documents, BOQ, specifications, drawings, scope of work and contractual conditions.
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, BOQ, quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, projects and vendors for technical and commercial inputs.
• Identify suitable treatment technologies, equipment and process requirements based on project specifications.
• Prepare vendor enquiries, techno-commercial comparisons and subcontractor quotations.
• Review and analyse client requirements, deviations and contractual risks.
• Support preparation of project cost estimates, rate analysis and pricing.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams for tender clarifications and submissions.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders in accordance with client requirements.
• Maintain tender records, cost databases, vendor information and previous tender references.
