Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a seasoned telesales professional to lead a team of inside sales executives and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. The role focuses on monitoring performance, coaching the team, and ensuring timely follow‑ups with leads and customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a telesales team, a strong track record on targets and conversions, and excellent communication and leadership skills in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Telecalling.
• Proven experience in handling and managing a telesales team.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, lead conversion and follow-ups.
• Good communication, convincing skills and team management.
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in Sportswear, Apparel, Fashion, D2C, E-commerce or Consumer Products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of telesales executives.

• Monitor calls, leads, conversions and individual team performance.
• Coach and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversion.
