We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients virtually, and coordinating with the supply team to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.

• Make daily outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products/services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads based on company criteria and gather relevant customer information.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and active listening.
• Assist in achieving sales targets by converting leads into sales through effective persuasion and negotiation.
• Gather customer feedback regarding products/services to inform marketing and product development teams
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the company's CRM system. Prepare daily and weekly reports on telecalling activities and results.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and telemarketing skills.
