Job summary

United Foodbrands is seeking a Team Leader to manage a 20‑member team in Bangalore. You will oversee floor operations, monitor live call queues, and drive performance against sales targets while maintaining KPIs and reducing shrinkage.

The role requires 2–3 years as a Team Leader in a voice-based BPO, graduate in any discipline, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to work rotational shifts. Office location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader (on paper).
• Proven experience in sales processes (voice-based inbound/outbound) within the BPO industry.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Strong communication, leadership and team management skills.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Work from Office Bangalore (Jayanagar 4th Block).
