Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, and guide a team of Tele Sales.
• Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of targets.
• Track KPIs such as AHT, Quality, and Productivity.
• Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer-related issues effectively.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Training, HR, and Operations teams.
• Support new-joiner onboarding, training, and on-the-job coaching.
• Maintain team discipline, attendance, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and client requirements.
• Drive employee retention and reduce attrition within the team.
