Job summary

Policybazaar in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Telesales Team Lead to guide a high-performing outbound sales team. You will drive targets, coach staff, and optimize processes to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Strong experience in B2C Sales, Outbound Sales, or Telesales.
• Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data from CRM, MIS, customer feedback, and performance reports.
• Good understanding of sales and customer service metrics.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities
