Job summary

Paisabazaar is seeking a Team Leader BPO in Chennai, with 3+ years in BPO/banking sales. The role requires Telugu language proficiency, leadership skills, and a track record of targets achievement. Shift is 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week.

You will lead a high-performing sales team, drive targets, coach agents, and ensure effective communication across teams to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Telugu language is mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in BPO / Banking Sales.
• Strong team handling & people management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing BPO sales team in Chennai.
