Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle a team of 10-15 members.
• Prepare and Monitor process reports such as Productivity, Target scorecards, Weekly reports and Monthly reports, etc. and send them to the management.
• Prepare progress reports for team members encourage them to achieve the sales targets and give positive feedback for any improvement.
• Monitor the performance of the team, recommending and implementing changes to the way in which the team operates to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Ability to manage challenging situations and go the extra mile.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within the team.
• Ability to handle escalations and diffuse crisis situations.

Skills Required:

• Excellent coaching skills. Strong people management and leadership skills. Good Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels including presentation and public speaking skills.
• Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
