You will monitor call quality, manage rosters, conduct coaching sessions, and contribute to performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required.
• 2+ years of telesales/telemarketing experience, preferably with team handling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a target-driven, high-pressure environment.

• Lead Telecalling/Sales Advisors and drive daily & monthly targets.

What we are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Experience in direct marketing/local promotions or the B2C/matrimonial industry is an added advantage.
