Job summary

Iccs in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Team Leader for outbound sales to guide a focused sales team and consistently meet daily and monthly targets from this location. You will coach and motivate the team, conduct regular performance reviews, supervise training, and ensure adherence to KPIs and quality standards while delivering daily MIS reports and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO outbound sales process.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Graduation preferred (depending on company requirements).
