• We are looking for a Tele Sales & Customer Service Executive who will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting opportunities into sales.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner, strong convincing abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and processes to customers.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to drive sales conversions.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
• Maintain daily calling and sales reports.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, conversion, and sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
• Strong follow‑up and lead‑conversion skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Target-oriented and self‑motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
