Job summary

AA Games in India is seeking a Telesales Executive to join the Sales team. The role focuses on high-volume outbound calls, explaining platform features, welcome bonuses, promotions, and offers to drive registrations and transactions.

Ideal candidates should be fluent in Hindi with working English, and be comfortable with night shifts and rotating Sundays. Freshers may be considered, with 1–3 years of experience welcomed.

• Guide users through app registration and in-app processes.
• Follow up with interested users and maintain accurate call records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow company procedures, approved scripts, and platform policies.

Working Days: Monday-Saturday, with rotational Sunday duty
Shift Timings: 9:00 PM-6:00 AM IST or 3:00 PM-12:00 AM IST
Languages: Hindi (mandatory), English (working proficiency), Bengali (preferred), Tamil (added advantage)

Key Responsibilities
