Job summary

The Association of People with Disability is seeking a Telecalling Executive in Bangalore North to expand our donor base and raise funds through outbound calls. The role focuses on effective telecalling, relationship-building, and persuasive communication to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Ideal candidates have a Graduate degree with 1–3 years in fundraising or sales, excellent English and Kannada communication, and familiarity with MS Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–3 years of fundraising, sales, or telecalling.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident in handling objections and converting leads.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Fluency in English and Kannada; Hindi an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Raise funds through outbound calls to prospective donors.
• Present APD’s work clearly and convincingly.
• Encourage one-time and recurring donations.
• Follow up with prospects to convert into donors.
• Deliver fundraising pitches tailored to donor segments.

Key Responsibilities:

? Donor Acquisition

• RaiseFunds through outbound calls to prospective donors using qualifieddatabases.
  
• PresentAPD’s work and programs clearly and convincingly.

• Followup with interested prospects to convert them into active donors.
