Job summary

SaveThem India Foundation in Chennai/Remote is seeking empathetic Tele Callers to support fundraising and awareness campaigns across India. You will connect with donors, explain the organization's social impact, and encourage contributions.

The role requires strong English and regional language communication, basic computer skills, and prior telecalling or customer support experience. You will work with a dynamic NGO team and have incentives tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English and regional language communication.
• Basic computer knowledge and call handling skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
• Passion for social causes and helping people.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential donors, supporters, and volunteers
• Clearly explain SaveThem India Foundation’s mission, initiatives, and impact
• Generate donations and support through effective communication
• Follow up with existing donors and maintain positive relationships
• Maintain accurate call records and donor information
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and fundraising targets
• Address donor queries professionally and politely
