Job summary

Clirnet Services in India is hiring a Telecalling Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and ensure achievement of targets across daily, weekly, and monthly cycles. You will manage task allocation, monitor productivity, and coach team members to improve call quality and conversion rates.

The role requires extensive experience in telecalling and team leadership within healthcare or related domains, with hands-on skills in lead management, follow-ups, and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in telecalling/team handling, preferably in healthcare, doctor engagement, customer engagement, lead generation, or similar processes.
• Hands-on experience in outbound calling, follow-ups, lead management, conversion, database management, and team performance tracking.
• Prior experience managing a team of tele calling is mandatory.

Responsibilities
