Job Summary

The purpose of the role is to raise awareness about the organization to people over telephone and inspire them to contribute funds and become financial supporters

Responsibilities

• Make calls and explain about the cause to members of the public by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly performance targets
• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
• Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the Organization
• Record details of opportunities and lead notes
• Be a good team player and a gender sensitive co-worker
• Any other role related responsibility assigned by your line manager

Skills and competencies

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele fundraising. Fresher s with good interpersonal and communication skills shall also be considered.
• Be a good team player and a gender sensitive co-worker.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, both in English and any regional language.
