Job summary

The Association of People with Disability in Bangalore North is seeking a Telecalling Executive to acquire new individual donors and build lasting relationships through clear communication and effective outreach.

You will manage donor information in CRM systems, report weekly progress to the team, and coordinate with finance to confirm donations, with a target-driven approach and attention to accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, or telecalling.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in handling objections and converting leads.
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).

? Donor Acquisition

• Maintainaccurate and up-to-date donor call records in CRM/Salesforce.

? Reporting &Coordination

• Sharedaily/weekly acquisition reports with team leads and managers.
