Job summary

Independent Recruitment Consultant (freelancer) is seeking a dedicated inside sales executive to support and grow our sales from the office, over the phone. You will call and qualify leads for the field team, follow up on quotations, take and coordinate orders, and keep customers updated through to dispatch and payment.

The role requires a clear, confident phone manner, fluency in Kannada with working knowledge of Hindi and English, and comfort with basic computer work, WhatsApp, and simple

Qualifications

• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
• 1 to 3 years in telecalling, inside sales or customer coordination, ideally in building materials or a related trade.
• A clear, confident phone manner and a patient, service minded attitude.
• Fluent in Kannada, with working knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Comfortable with basic computer work, WhatsApp and simple order paperwork.
• Organised and reliable, and comfortable following up until a task is closed.

Responsibilities

• Call and qualify leads from our pipeline, and pass ready prospects to the field sales team.
• Make outbound calls to contractors, designers and retailers to introduce our plywood range and build interest.
• Take inbound enquiries and orders, and share accurate rates and product details.
• Follow up on pending quotations and turn them into confirmed orders.
• Coordinate orders, dispatch and delivery updates with the billing and warehouse team, and keep clean records.
• Follow up on payments in line with our cash on delivery model, and keep collection records current.
