Job summary

Independent Recruitment Consultant in Bengaluru seeks a Field Sales Executive to expand plywood sales across the territory by meeting contractors, designers and retailers in person. The role is field-first, requiring regular site visits to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers.

You will manage relationships, introduce product ranges, meet monthly sales and collection targets, and handle order coordination in a cash-on-delivery setup.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of field sales experience in plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware or building materials.
• An existing network within the carpentry and interior trade is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Kannada, with working knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Owns a two wheeler and a smartphone, and is comfortable in daily field work.
• Comfortable with numbers, pricing and basic order paperwork.
• Target driven and self motivated, comfortable with earnings linked to sales and collections.

• Report field feedback on pricing, demand and competitor activity to help sharpen our offer.
