Job summary

Said Technologies in Pune, India, invites applications for a Sales & MIS coordinator role. You will telecall potential leads, pitch IT hardware and software, and coordinate with senior sales teammates to fix meetings.

You will also manage daily sales reports, CRM data, and MIS preparation, supporting order processing and invoicing. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, a graduation in any stream, and strong MS Excel skills plus working knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Telecalling:
  • Call potential leads and B2B clients to pitch IT hardware, software, and tech solutions.
  • Understand client needs and fix meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads regularly.
  • Answer customer questions about products and pricing.
• MIS & Backend Operations:
  • Maintain daily sales reports, call logs, and customer data in CRM software or Excel.
  • Prepare MIS reports (sales performance, lead status, conversion rates) for management.
  • Handle order processing, invoicing support, and general backend documentation.
  • Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to close customer requests.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or MIS reporting, preferably in an IT/Tech company.
• Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or BSc preferred).
• Skills:
  • Good communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data management.
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware (laptops, servers, networking) or software solutions.
